We were there this weekend and the beach is lovely with its soft white sand! The only downer is that the bugs were awful! (And huge)
One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to!!
This beach is great for kids especially if you can get a spot by one of the tidal streams. They are usually nice and warm on a summer’s day and the kids are safe to splash and play in them near your beach blanket! It’s great fun to play in the waves too but the water “out there” is much colder! Most Nova Scotians can handle it though. 🙂
